Every bad review centers around Shoaib all the female at the service counter. She has a stank attitude. Caters to men. and has a problem with a pretty face. Her whole aura changes the moment a pretty woman is at the counter. I don 't even think she likes her self. With all these bad reviews about Her .. it 's a wonder why she still working there. She sucks. her customer service. Her attitude. Ability to communicate. All leave much to be desired. And the food isn 't all that. Somethings are a little pricey. If you want a great spot to go to. The restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness, and I typically go there for lunch on weekdays. The food is tasty, particularly the curry chicken, jerk chicken, and rice! However, the cabbage tends to be overcooked, and the portion sizes are quite small, even for the large plate. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves something to be desired and requires improvement. I would have rated it four stars, but the concerns regarding service and portion sizes definitely need to be taken into account. Thank you for your service.
I visited this restaurant for the second time and had mixed feelings about my experience. The plantain was quite enjoyable, but the jerk chicken didn't meet my expectations. If you’ve ever been to Jamaica or had authentic Jamaican food, you know this wasn’t it. I also tried the curry chicken, which was rather bland. Unfortunately, the customer service was lacking, and the staff's attitude wasn’t very pleasant either. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 1 out of 5.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The dark meat and their jerk sauce keep me returning again and again. I can't overlook their fantastic gravy choices either. I particularly love adding their curry chicken gravy to my cabbage and mac and cheese! The staff is friendly and always makes me feel appreciated during my visits to this amazing place.

As a side dish, I ordered the Mac and Cheese, which had a good flavor. However, I tend to prefer the creamy style typically found in Southern cooking rather than the block-style that many Jamaican restaurants offer. Still, it was enjoyable overall. The standout for me was definitely the plantains; they always lift my spirits, and I was delighted to find that theirs were delicious, too.
This restaurant has received great reviews, but my experience was fairly average. Nothing really made it stand out. I was looking forward to enjoying some authentic Jamaican cuisine, but the food tasted like it had been kept on a hot plate for too long. Perhaps I just happened to visit on a less than ideal day. I just ordered oxtail with peas and rice, cabbage and plantain. I got a bunch of rice and LITERALLY 4 pieces of oxtail !!!! I can’t believe that .. As expensive as this meal was, I could have got more than 4. I hate I wasn’t able to see him making it. SMH !! Not happy ..Food: 2/5
The food service are good. I enjoyed thed the music while I waited for my food. The complaints I have are that the sitting area needed to be cleaned up the outlets repaired.Food: 5/5

Worst oxtail ever and the rice is hard. THIS IS NOT JAMAICAN. Taste like sweet bbq. The owner has Very bad customer service and I left a tip beforehand. I will not be returning
