It 's a self-service restaurant, which is fine with me. In fact, the Janssen 's sign says Schnellrestaurant , which indicates fast-food. The combination platter of fish (16 Euros) was simply excellent, as well as generous in portion. Every morsel I ate was tasty, cooked to perfection and fresh. And I ate some of everything ! Even the potatoes were very tasty and quite complimentary to the fish. The itsy-bitsy portion of salad was a little disappointing, but I wasn 't in there to eat rabbit food. Janssen 's is quite popular with the locals as well as the tourists in this touristy town. I can readily understand that . I 'm a fan.
