I purchased meals for my entire family from here after a good experience with them several years ago.To say I’m dissapointed is an understatement.Everything was really bland and overcooked, except the rice which was crunchy and undercooked ,the chicken was like leather , there was a strange taste to all the rice, it all tasted off, and the barbecue sauce literally had no taste , the ribs had no meat on them, the gravy was lumpy and tasted old, just a massive waste of money and had to go and buy meals to feed my family elsewhere so it cost me twice.I rarely complain about anything but I feel that this was well below par hence the review. Ordered a Home Delivery..but was going to be a long wait so we decided to collect it ourselves. I ordered a king prawn curry with fried rice and chips. Never had 'curry ' like this in my life. The chefs were making a huge pot of curry sauce, so I am guessing this was the remnants of the previous batch. It was setting like blancmange and was insipid looking...literally tasted like cornflour thickened 'stuff ' nothing like curry at all. It went in the bin. Didn 't see the point in calling up to say how bad it was...we just wont go back again.
I really enjoyed the food from this restaurant, but when I got home, I realized that they gave me a chicken curry instead of a chicken fried rice for my 8-year-old daughter. I called to complain and asked if they could send out the correct dish. They said yes, but I would have to return the curry and pay an additional £4 for their mistake. I don't think that's fair at all. Who would want a dish that had been returned by another customer? Jasmine, please reconsider your policy.
I have always been impressed with the food at this restaurant, but on two separate occasions when I ordered delivery, my order was incorrect. The staff were not very apologetic about their mistakes, even after acknowledging them. I would consider eating here again, but only if I can pick up my order in person and check it onsite. We ordered food for delivery tonight and had to bin it. The food was absolutely disgusting. Didn’t look good to begin with, but a horrible smell and taste confirmed how bad it was. We won’t be using this take away ever again. Please don’t use, it honestly was one of the worst meals we have ever had from a takeaway!!!
Phoned to order and collected it 10 minutes later, really quick service, I had mushroom curry with rice, hubby had sweet and sour chicken and rice, wee had chips to, was warm and was very tasty, the first Chinese meal we've had for ages, definitely recommend. Thanks
Almost £30 for two meals curry sauce rice and spring rolls, and it was absolutely disgusting , the spring roll filling im sure was off, the chow mein was bland as was the curry sauce, most definitely won’t be ordering again
Ordered delivery and food was 30 mins late. Food was stone cold, the little bit of food that was slightly warm was rubbery and unedible. Phoned to complain but staff could not have cared less. Will not be returning. Book a table now
Was up at Ayr for the weekend though we would order a Chinese Absolutely disgusting paid 40 pounds for a meal all had to go in the bin was vile avoid at all cost
