Well, I have only given Jasmine takeaway a one because it wouldn't let me register a zero Shorty after 5 we place our order, put the plates to warm and waited for our meal to arrive, and waited, and waited. We called at 6.20 to check when our food would arrive and was told it would be sent out in 2 minutes. We live maybe 3 4 miles max from where they are, but at 7.10 had to ring again to check our order status, is out for delivery a factual inaccuracy I believe. At 7.50 a tap came to the door the delivery man apologised for the delay and handed over our much awaited order. We have used the Jasmine for takeaway many times. Today my partner placed an order for collection, paid in store and then came back to collect. The guy behind the counter tried to make him pay again before handing the food over, and then once we got it home the order was wrong. We had been given a chicken tikka main instead of a tikka masala, and two rice dishes were missing. He went back, thinking we’d been given the wrong order. He was given the rice and told that we ordered the tikka “main” not masala, a simple mistake. So he asked if we could get some masala sauce to go on the dry tikka chicken. He was told he could have “a little bit” but he’d have to stand outside in the rain for 5-10...
What a joke....I am going to put this review on ever restaurant site until the manager calls me to resolve....Really its just because it was handled so badly on the phone by the young lady. Firstly, after over a 2 hour wait for 3 portions, my patience was wearing thin,,, to put it context we were told an hour...not two ? and when we mentioned it/complained....well we were made to feel as if it was our fault rather than a simple sorry which would of resolved the situation...I don't want anything free, I don't want a refund...I just want everyone to know the standard of service given from here is not what is expected from any decent take-a-way. We have ordered many times, given up many times as always delivered late or wrong. Today we gave them another try and the order was wrong. Phoned up to ask for replacement and was told that we would have to box it all back up to send back as proof to the chef that he had done it wrong. Really poor attitude from whoever was on the phone. Gave up in the end, accepted the wrong order as the man couldn’t give a time estimate when we could have the correct food. My partner stated it isn’t really good enough, only to be met with the response ‘well it is good enough’. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered food at 5PM, call at 6.20PM as nothing had arrived, was told food was leaving in 5 minutes, nothing arrived by 7.25 and was told food was on its way (via Chennai?!? , driver arrived at 8PM with (you guessed it the wrong order!! Drove to the take away to remonstrate and eventually got my order. Absolutely shocking service, way too late to eat and food was mediocre at best. Plenty of other places to choose from locally so this one has been knocked into the long grass by me. Avoid unless you want to risk the same..
My first review read never use this place ...our order was late...as had the last 3 been....one waa even completely wrong. So when i got our order tonight ovet an hour late i was ready to slate this place big style....BUT ...the n you taste it. ..best dupiaza around these parts ....PLEASE PLEASE ...sort things out. Flavour wise you are the best ....service wise...well ....vast improvement required
An absolute shambles of a business. We tried to order through their phone number, it rang out continuously Ithey would not answer. Orderedr through just eat, the order stated one hour, clicked proceed then stated delivery stated one hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Two hours 20 minutes later, still no delivery. Shocking
Absolutely amazing service and great atmosphere love the food and have a great choice of dishes to cater for everyone's taste buds. My favourite is chicken tikka masala definitely recommend ordering from them more often

After some bad experiences this year so far we gave them another go and ..well what can i say ...chicken tikka dupiaza ..gorgeous.
Jasmine Indian Takeaway is the best Takeaway in nuneaton. I like they're currys. The food was very testy and delicious.
