I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I hadn't been here in a year and was shocked to see that the price had increased from £16.95 to £24.95, which I found outrageous. The only highlight was the excellent soup. However, the crispy duck they brought was cold and very dry. The fillet of fish in spring onion and ginger was disappointing as well - the fish was in a soggy batter with a tasteless sauce. The chicken and cashew dish was also disappointing, with dry chicken in a bland BBQ sauce. The noodles we ordered seemed dry as if everything was prepped and then microwaved. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant as it was a waste of money. It's such a shame as it used...
We decided to give the restaurant another chance because we enjoy the idea of eating a variety of small plates of food. Unfortunately, nothing has improved. The restaurant is outdated and the food is low quality and extremely salty. The chicken was tough and the crispy duck was dry and disappointing. We will not be returning here again. Hopefully, another Chinese restaurant will open in town soon.
We went to Jasmine for the first time last night with friends. The food was delicious and made to order, with the option to eat as much as we wanted for a fixed price. The service was fantastic. It was disappointing that the restaurant was very quiet, but they seemed to be busy with takeaway orders. The food was top-notch and definitely worth the price. We had a very enjoyable evening.
To start with its very expensive but that’s ok is the quality’s there but it’s not. Dry tasteless dishes that disappoint from the very beginning. I won’t detail every single dish because it’s really not worth it needless to say read the reviews and ignore them at your peril! Book a table now
Food and service excellent. Menu is quite confusing ! High drinks prices when you are in a big group and your friends keep ordering more lol. Small mini Prosecco bottle was 11.50. We are very local but we aren’t regulars as a bit pricy compared to other places around.
This restaurant has been in Maidenhead forever. But they have got complacent. We would never go here again. With all the re-development we are hoping that it will entice another chinese resaurant

Order hear a few times now the seaweed is so salty you can’t eat it the beef is dry and to chewy the rise is not good real shame Maidenhead has no good Chinese Book a table now
