We were sat by a host. First our waiter gave us our menus then decided to pass us off to another waiter. When he came over I asked him for 2 waters and to told me to relax and take it easy because he was very busy. Everytime I asked him for something he was too busy. The manager, or someone else from the staff, requested that we leave a larger tip since we stayed longer than usual. I hadn’t visited this place in fifteen years, but I actually had a good meal and was planning to start coming back and bring my family with me. However, after that experience, I won’t be returning. This kind of short-sighted thinking is likely to cost you long-term business.
Great service. Omelet was a little dry but the quantity was worth the cash. My coffee cup was never empty and the waiter gave me an oversized creamer when I mentioned that the small portion would not suffice. If I am in or near that north suburb I would go back.
Always a reliable choice for the kids. I had the blackened chicken sandwich with fries for lunch, and it never disappoints. You really can't go wrong!
