We had dinner a couple of days ago, and we were very disappointed in the food. We order steak and lamb. We requested to change the steak because it was completely burned. They cooked it again, but one of us had to eat by herself because her plate was, of course, served after the rest of the party was almost finished. They shouldn’t have served a plate with the meat overcooked and burnt. I ordered lamb, and one of the lamb rack was burned and almost meatless. We were not happy about this experience at all.
Good coffee with a surprisingly nice menu which I did not partake. Apparently no vegan, so I’m left out of that. A very nice place though. Overcrowded: someone’s butt hanging out of her tights sitting at a bar type sitting next to the table we were sitting at. That’s almost enough not to return but it is great to see a business thrive. A very uniquie space right on Rockville Pike. Lots of really good food, drink options in a space that is part coffee house, part restaurant and sometimes live music venue. The service is excellent and the servers are knowledgeable about their product. They really seem to care about quality. I highly recommend it for a small business meeting, a workaway afternoon or romantic spot to have a good meal and cocktails. Food: 5
We love the huevos rancheros here. Also very fond of the mushroom spinach omelette. JN's traditional espresso drinks are consistently delicious but some of the flavored lattes can be a tad too sweet. The pastries are both beautiful and scrumptious. With seating indoors and out in the enclosed, heated patio there's plenty of room. Indoors can get a bit loud when they are busy. Service: Dine in

We asked for 2 Passionfruit Macarons and 1 Pistachio Macoron and 1 Pumpkin Macaron. The man at the counter put the macarons in the bag for us. We paid $2.25 for each of the macarons. When we got home, we opened the bag and found that we got 1 Pistachio Macaron, 2 Pumpkin Macarons (one of which was broken up) and 1 Caramal Macaron. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
