This morning, I thought I 'd give Java a try I 've read reviews where people have mentioned that it 's a long wait in the morning, but I figured since I 'm early enough before work I would give it a go. I arrived at 8:15am and pulled out of the drive-thru at 8:40 am there was only 2 cars ahead of me. I would have drove away but was blocked by other vehicles if you been there, you understand the drive-thru situation is not the best. If waiting, there for so long wasn 't bad enough it got even worse. The food here is fantastic, and the service is decent—most of the staff are friendly teenage girls. However, the main issue lies in their pace and work ethic. They tend to take their time and lack a sense of urgency. I stopped coming here because I would call ahead 10 to 15 minutes in advance, but when I arrived, my food often wasn't ready. It would then take an additional 10 minutes to prepare just two cream cheese bagels. To the manager, if you're reading this, it would be great to encourage the staff to focus more on their work rather than socializing.
I always use the drive up and the workers are always so friendly and helpful. They have recommended flavors many times for me, and in a respectful, polite way which I really appreciate. Don't know why you couldn't inform me that my food would not be available instead of sending the door Dasher. With just a coffee from my lunch. A little communication would have been nice. I may have selected something different. Instead. I have a nine and a half hour shift with only coffee for the day.

Coffee drive through spot. Used to be a quick stop for a coffee. Ever since they started selling bagels service has slowed down. They need to figure something out to speed up the drive through for those not wanting a bagel. Waited over 20 minutes for three coffee this sunday
Extremely slow dt service (20 min) on a low traffic Sunday morning. $30 for 2 medium drinks and 2 bagels. Drinks were packed with ice. The food was incorrect. Got back in line waited another 15 minutes. Just to get the order wrong AGAIN! First and last time coming here.
I'm disappointed that the bagels don't taste like they used to. This has always been my favorite place to get them, so it was truly upsetting this morning.
It's been twice I've ordered a zebra with a couple shots I'm sorry but the pony was riding a little light. Girls please don't forget the caffeine.
