Food was great but service was not the greatest. We were able to get seated and regulars came in right behind us could tell as the guy told them welcome back. The guy told another lady to seat us instead because he wanted to serve the regulars instead. The waitress showed up after awhile but seemed annoyed. She didn’t come back to see if everything ok or if wanted anything else. We asked for a container for leftovers and waitress asked how we would be paying. I've visited this restaurant several times and normally have been satisfied. However, tonight the service was terrible. It was extremely slow, and they got my friend's order wrong. To make matters worse, the automated robot kept bumping into my friend's chair, forcing her to move. The server didn't offer any apologies at all. I would mention her name, but I’ll hold off. I used to recommend this place, but I can no longer do so.

We were really looking forward to dining here based on the reviews, but unfortunately, the food did not meet our expectations. The mushroom soup had a texture that reminded us of slurried flour, and the sausage and ham were overcooked. We also ordered hash browns, but they turned out to be dry. Overall, we spent $70, and while the service was excellent, the food was quite disappointing.
The staff is really nice here, and the atmosphere is great; they even have a robot that can bring you your food. The food is hit and miss, depending what you're getting. That being said, we've ordered in a few times and went to the restaurant once, and will go back.
Ordered the Denver sandwich and was not disappointed. The combination of ham, eggs, peppers, onions, and cheese was delicious. I washed it down with a Banana milkshake which was creamy and not too sweet. Great food and excellent service at Jay Bee's.
I can't recommend Jay Bee's Tuna Salad Sandwich enough. It was packed with flavorful tuna salad, crunchy celery, and onions. I paired it with their refreshing Apple Juice. The service was quick and efficient.
