Rented a bounce house for my daughters b day party. They were on time to set up the day before, the guys were friendly. Item was as advertised. This review is really about Jannese though. I’m not sure what she makes, but it isn’t enough. The blower failed that night. While the party was the next day, we had a family party with little cousins that were super excited to use it. It was Friday night, everyone has been there. Work is done, can’t wait to go home and unwind. Jannese completely saved the day, drove to the office, brought two blowers when I’m sure all her coworkers were starting their weekend and made a bunch of kids day. J-Dogs came through the last minute. My other rental cancelled 24 hr prior to the party stating there was going to be 25mile per hour gust of wind! Nuts the National weather service said 5 miles anyway they cancelled and refunded my money. I called JDogs and they said Yes we have the obstacle course available we will drop it off tonight or tmrw and they were here !!!!!! Will use them next year!
We have used J-Dogs at our 4th of July celebration the last 2 years and I can't say enough about their wonderful staff. On time, professional, friendly, good with all the children. We had 3 inflatables, face painting and balloon artist. They made our celebration a huge success and we will be getting them again next year. If you want your celebration to be a big success hire these guys.
J-Dogs recently helped us to host our granddaughter's graduation party. The crew who set up the tents and tables were not only efficient but pleasant. Very well done! The equipment was delivered exactly when it was scheduled, and was picked up when they said it would be picked up. I recommend them highly!
