Very disappointed, amazingly beautiful place but the food. We ordered lamb chops, spinach and mushrooms. All that was very oily, lamb chops were over fried and too fatty., I even didn’t finish one piece..I thought the spinach would be thesolution,but no, it was also fatty(too much oil) and with no taste;sauces didn’t fit with the lamb chops at all. Lady cameand didn’t even ask if we liked the food. After that I and my friend had stomach pain. So giving 1 star.
My husband I had our first dinner out at Jean Georges since March and it was wonderful! We had a lovely table outside, very distanced, and the service was stellar and both masked visored! We did the course tasting menu, and tried both wine pairings. The food sizes were perfect! Thank you for a marvelous meal in civilization, and for making by birthday so happy
I attending fine dining restaurants on a monthly basis. Was expected a lot from this place with such a prestige chef. Thoroughly disappointed with the food and service. None of the courses were worthy of a fine dining experience and service was rushed. When you spend per person you expect a little more
We ordered the course meal. The food and wine pairings were not great. Very unimpressed with food for a bill coming out to Wines chosen on the premium tasting, were just as expensive as the regular wine tasting menu. The steak was cooked perfectly, but the other items were definitely not worth it Book a table now
Came for the course tasting dinner for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. The "toasted yolk" was to die for. Food, service, atmosphere...EVERYTHING was exceptional. Looking forward to coming back.
Chic place to dine in, went for breakfast on a Sunday and really enjoyed my time there. Food was typical breakfast food, good but not exceptional.
