I understand that the restaurant is short-staffed, but completely losing our order is completely unacceptable. I can see that this place won't last more than a year at most. If you want to spend two whole hours without being served anything but mediocre bread and soup, then this is the restaurant for you! It's disheartening to see a place with such potential struggling like this. My grandfather's birthday was completely spoiled by this experience, and we will not be returning.
This is the best family restaurant in the area! There's a good reason they have been in business for so long. They serve homemade soup every day, have daily specials, and their dessert case is enormous!
