fresh, tasty and vegan! many more valued say that they feel transported after boarding as after japan. I wouldn't be able to say it, but I can confirm that the atmosphere is amazing. the staff is friendly (also very friendly,) the service is great, and the food. oh the eat. excellent! the only thing I live every day. every time I visit jena, I'll eat here. the suppe is rich in taste, and the nuds really soft and chewing. the sweet is very fresh and the best part is probably the crispy brokkoli. they also have enough vegan and child-friendly options!
they go in and feel like they somehow escaped Germany and transported to japan. the simplified, comfortable layout lets you feel welcome, almost in a covered. the gyoza can only be appreciated for its careful craftsmanship, which is homemade, tended in the delicate of manating, but the star is the ramensuppet. the noodles made with love, know-how, right amount of early to them can only be described as sublime, which can be set hours into them in its careful, complex taste explodes in their mouth. I am in love and will come back for more.
great customer service. they were in the position to take off for a reservation for us, as we welcome all the way from hamburg and a beautiful rose that welcomes us. very friendly staff. the spicy miso ramen was excellent and delicious. also the karaage was delicious and well marinated. will come back when we fall off from thüringen/pass. a recommendation, however, they could already require the usual condiments for each table like the usual ritter bars, so we do not have to ask them all the time and less work for them. for kirin beer.
exactly the same taste as the one a few years ago in japan. the suppe is very rich and tasty. noodle can be cooked a little longer I like to be the nudel softer. I will finally find that the taste and the part are better than the two-g in hefurt. comes again in definitiw.
