Jeni's Ice Creams is a true artisanal ice cream gem that promises a one-of-a-kind ice cream experience. From the moment you walk into the shop, you are captivated by the enticing aroma of freshly made waffle cones and the colorful display of unique and tempting ice cream flavors.The only drawback I could find is that Jeni's popularity can lead to long lines during peak hours, especially in busy locations. However, the ice cream is undoubtedly worth the wait, and the friendly staff efficiently moves the line along.
I love Jeni’s ice cream and the quality of what I had was excellent as usual. The problem was that too many flavors were only by the pint. After waiting in the (understandably) long line it was a disappointment that none of my top choices were available for my cone. Maybe it was just luck of the draw, but none of the bolder flavor choices were even available. The staff was courteous and friendly and moving quickly. I will definitely return to this location and hope to change this to a five star review.
Very delicious. Pricey and lots of calories. But what else do you expect from delicious ice cream that has amazing flavors. Jeni knows how to market and has seasonal flavors and special flavor releases. My favorite was her partnership with Dolly Parton (strawberry pretzel pie not sure if that would ever come back? . A good staple is salt peanut butter chocolate flecks, brambleberry crisp, or buttercream birthday cake. Samples are a great option too! Soooo many options!
Good creamy texture and flavor. 5.75 for 1 scoop or 2 half scoops...a little pricey. Many flavors, line is long, and only 2 people working. Would come back if in the area.Back on 9/7/23 ordered Signature 3 flavors. The waffle bowl was to stale and chewy not crispy like the cone. Ice cream flavors are good.

The ice cream was really good, but most of the flavors were only available if you bought a pint for $12. I ended up with Coffee with Cream and Sugar and non-dairy Lemon Bar $6.95). I expected an ice cream shop to have more than 5 flavors available by the scoop.
Small ice cream shop with flavors I've never tried before. I had the salted licorice. It was surprisingly good, had chocolate pieces in it. This place makes its own waffle cones. You can smell the goodness.
Girl working Thursday night weirdly threw the last 4 waffle bowls in the back kitchen while people were stillin line. We wanted those. Ice cream was ok. Pop's is better and more generous with the scoops.
Delicious ice cream at a fair price. There was a line to get in, but the line moved fairly quickly. The waffle cones are delicious with just about any ice cream flavor you get.
