On the same level as East London’s JerkPit but in Kent. I ordered via UberEats and one item was missing. Luckily my mum’s house has 24 hour CCTV outside and inside her home with audio. The driver stated there was a hole in the plastic bag on arrival. This issue was resolved promptly by the manager of the restaurant. My only issue is that the business isn’t sustainable as it’s using plastic bags and containers instead of paper that can be stapled, taped and double bagged. They did try to give me a free drink, but I don’t drink that and didn’t accept. This place had fantastic comfortable seating. Lunch was a treat for my pal and myself, and we weren't disappointed. The Jerk chicken is moist and succulent. Coleslaw was available, and freshe, finely grated, witha a unique spring onion flair. There was music playing in the background, which created a relaxing ambiance. The waiter was completely uninterested and kept talking loudly on her phone speaker. The music was too loud and we had to ask for everything. The owner is nice but needs to motivate the staff more. The restaurant has potential to be great with the right guidance. It's a shame because the food is good.
