This restaurant has consistently disappointing customer service and rude staff. Additionally, their operating hours are extremely inconsistent. This is the fourth time I’ve arrived between 8:30 and 8:45 p.m. It’s currently 8:35 p.m., and despite Google listing their closing time as 9:00 p.m., the doors are locked, and they are closed! I even tried calling around 8:30 p.m. to see if I could place a preorder, but they hung up on me. It seems that if you call after 8:25 p.m., they will just tell you they are closing soon and won’t take your order for pickup. Wow! Unfortunately, not in a good way. I have to give credit to the cooks in the back—they prepare hot food that is definitely on point. However, the customer service and order-taking are a complete waste of time. I ordered a chicken hot shot with jalapeños, but the first time it arrived, it was beef, causing me to miss my lunch break. They replaced it, but when I got home and opened it, it was missing the jalapeños (which they charge extra for). The next day, I brought up all the issues I had experienced, but they told me there was no manager available and were quite rude. I ordered the same dish as the day before, but this time it cost five dollars more without any explanation. The service...
This Jerry's location has incredibly poor service, and they repeatedly get orders wrong. I've ordered wings here five times and they always forget my dressing. I will never order from any Jerry's again. It's a poorly run establishment, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order delivery or eat here. They lack customer service completely.
It was a sad day for me.... the meatball sub that has always been fantastic at Jerry's with big juicy meatballs, wonderful sauce and thick gooey slices of melted provolone, has been replaced by little chewy frozen meatballs with no flavor and thin slices of tasteless cheese. Walked in the store at 8:45pm and they told me the store its closed, I searched it in google and it clearly says pm!! Bad business not coming back to this one ever!
I pick up orders for DoorDash here and they always have the order ready at the promised times. Workers are friendly and the place always looks clean!
Jerry's was really good at one point. Now, not so much. You get good portions, but it just doesn't taste the same.
