I agree with the latest reviews. This place needs an actual manager. We visit this store weekly and will not return. This week we posted an online order at 11:01. At 11:38 a.m., they had not even begun to make the order (1 sub and 1 salad). Other times we came after 11:30 or later and there was a sign on the door that said to bake closed bread (she opened at 11)... at the beginning of the lunch brush? Another time came at 12:00 and all the lights were out, but the door unlocked. When we came in and asked if they were open, they said yes, but had a great order, the lights turned out, hoping that people would not come in. Not impressed! They no longer have the wonderful dark wheat bread I loved so much. Asked for the vinaigrette dressing (Kens secret one- only reason to choose Jersey Giant over any other sub shop IMO) and only got vinegar and oil. Won't bother with this place ever again!
If you can't be open on a Saturday afternoon in September, sell me your franchise so that it can be properly managed. Otherwise, it seems like an institution to wash illegal sources of income.
Jersey Giant in DeWitt is one of my very favorite, the subs are ALWAYS yummy, and we often go back. Great staff and good food!
