I called the restaurant to let them know about the excessive dressing. Rafale answered the phone and mentioned that they use three lines of dressing as their standard, and he had personally made my sandwich. Unfortunately, there were no apologies offered—just a dismissive attitude as if to say, "This is how we do it, take it or leave it." There was no offer to resolve the issue or even a simple apology for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor service both in person and over the phone. I would rate it 0 out of 5 stars.
Parking was also a challenge—it's very busy, so just be sure to drive slowly and be courteous.
I forgot to press place order online but the buy who helped me was super helpful and got on my order right away when I did press place order when I was in store it was ready before the estimated time I was given ! I always get my order ahead items on time and am always in and out of here so quick. And my sandwich was made with care, I asked for extra meat and the girl with the clear glasses definitely made sure of it !
They literally locked the door as I walked up to open it and ignored me when I knocked. It was 8:52 when I got there. The manager just turned her back and ignored us as the other co worker look at us. Unbelievable. I 've worked in the food industry and understand that you don 't want to take those last customers but I 've never NEVER literally locked the door as the customer walked up to open it. SMH!
The staff at this location is consistently friendly. The sandwiches at Jersey Mike's are always delicious, but it's the friendly service that makes the experience quick, accurate, and worth the extra 10 minutes I spend getting there. Food: 5/5

This is a fantastic sandwich shop! I highly recommend trying it "Mike's Way." It's quite affordable for a lunch option, and they also offer a rewards program.
The food is incredible, and the service is excellent. I love this place so much more than Subway. They have a fantastic team here!
Restaurant is nice and clean, you can order ahead and pick up when you get there and the sandwiches are delicious.
