This Jersey Mike's Subs location struggles to efficiently handle busy lunch hours, even with four employees preparing sandwiches and one on the grill. I ordered curbside pickup but had trouble finding parking because of nearby construction. After several failed attempts to reach the store, I parked illegally and went inside, only to find my order waiting by the register. The staff appeared overwhelmed and unresponsive when I raised my concerns. I was disappointed by the poor customer service and felt my order deserved more attention. The owner should consider reassessing their online ordering system if they cannot keep up with demand.
This is the third time I've ordered a Big Kahuna sandwich this week. The first one was fantastic, the second one was decent, but the third one was disappointing. I would have preferred a day-old sandwich from Safeway over this. It felt like a waste of money and delivery fees. The sandwich was dry, and the meat tasted old. Not enjoyable at all.
The staff here is amazing and remember me by name! (I did visit fairly regularly before the pandemic, but still it was nice to be remembered by name and regular order! I loved it, and hope to come back again soon!

A little overpriced for meat that doesn't taste much different than our local deli. $27 for two regular size meals. But the bread was so nice and fresh plus great customer service!!

This is the best sandwich chain in the East Bay! The California Club and the Cheesesteak are both excellent options.
