Overall, I enjoy dining at JM's, but this specific location is just average. I assess businesses based on the three C's: Consistency, Communication, and Cost. The quality of the subs can vary significantly depending on who is working, and they occasionally overlook special instructions for online orders. My biggest frustration, however, is the attitude of the staff. They often don't make you feel welcome and sometimes seem irritated by taking your order. I hope they realize that providing a positive customer experience is what truly encourages patrons to return to their establishment.
Jersey Mike's Subs provides quick and friendly service. The women at the counter were courteous and had my team and me ready to go in just 15 minutes. They stayed professional even with a difficult customer—someone who might have jeopardized my job in another place. With excellent staff and a tasty menu, I will certainly be coming back.
All vegetables and fruits tomatoes are fresh every time when you go to eat here. This is a fairly new location in Belmont NC off South Point Rd and are doing a great job with customer service and excellent subs!! The best thing is it 's only .05 miles from my house, so it only takes me there and back home 6 to 9 minutes!!
Hands down the best Jersey Mike?s on the Western Hemisphere!!!! We here here once every two weeks. Just the sandwich because Harris Teeter is next door and they have chips on sale like all the freaking time. I can never find coupons though, if anyone knows please hit me up with it

They make great subs ... and sometimes when you order online with special requests like, draw a weird face or label separate subs with obviously fake names ... they do it. Totally makes my day.
I had a delightful dining experience! I ordered the Philly cheesesteak, and it was absolutely delicious! The prices are quite reasonable as well!
