It really could have been better. The employees are on their phones alot and I see the employees touch their phones with their gloves and then touch the food very disgusting.
Giant subs, plenty of whatever you order, sub shop franchise, they are all the same with exception to the employees, they make your experience.
Very unprofessional, laughing and joking while I was trying to order my food. And then got the order wrong because of not listening.
We came in right before closing and the employees were still very friendly and accommodating. The subs were delicious!
