Mobile ordered. 45 minute wait time. I went in early knowing I was going to wait...... After 10 minutes.I was told my order was on the line. Be up soon ! Waited another 10 minutes. As many walk in orders are filled I watched 1 of the workers friends comein. She ask someone to cover her it was slow) after a bit longer 5/7 minutes I see an order on the rack I go look it wasmine... I ordered a hot sub and a combo meal I grab my meal and asked about my combo stuff not in bag) she grabbed it andthen I asked when were they going to let me know my order was ready She said they called out .I was 4 feet away I would of heardit. I placed a pickup order through Grubhub, but when I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes while 10 to 15 other customers were served ahead of me. After waiting another 20 minutes past my scheduled pickup time, I was asked to show my confirmation, even though several other customers who picked up their orders didn’t have to. My experience was very disappointing. I even tipped when ordering, but I won’t be coming back.
Rensselaer County always seems to always have the worst stores of any of the fast food chains. This Jersey Mike's shop is no exception. I usually get our subs in Clifton Park on my way home from work to avoid this place but made the mistake of ordering from here today. They hire the worst people to work here. You just can't trust them to make a simple sub right. Too bad.
Store was filthy. I understand that nobody wants to work , but this place has people who don 't want to do their jobs. Dried soda on the floor, overflowing garbage, garbage on floor, paint peeling off a pole on the food prep counter. I wish I could addthe pictures I took. Maybe the health Dept would be interested. Oh, and the food was definitely not worth $11/person.

I waited 25 minutes for a sub after the lunch rush, only to get the most disappointing ham sandwich I've ever had. There was no manager in sight, and the employee seemed indifferent to the service. If you're spending $15 on lunch, you'd be better off at Five Guys just across the parking lot.
I visited the Rensselaer, NY shop for a takeaway sub after a late afternoon at The Clark, and I had a fantastic experience. I enjoyed a delicious combo, was greeted by friendly staff, and found the store to be exceptionally clean. Overall, it was an above-average visit. Thank you!
The employees here have no concept of what cordial customer service means. The guy in charge has made my sub twice and he is curt and rude. The subs can be great or just ok. I was excited when the store opened but I rarely go there now. It is not apleasant experience.
I have to say thank you to the Great staff! How nice to see and experience such friendly a hard working people and younger aged at that!! Great food and an easy location to get to as well!

How is it possible that Jersey Mike's Subs runs out of bread at 7:30 PM on a Friday night? It's a sandwich place, right? Am I missing something about their menu?
