This location is ran by an interesting very Young staff most often. Whenever I come here it?s always an experience. In a nutshell this is how it goes. You step in and you feel like you?re on another planet. They move but seem to forget what?s goingon. You can be the only one in the store and have to help them get the job done. 1 giant sub, here you go. Thanks can I have theother half you made but did not put in the bag. O ok here you go. This place was long awaited on the list and it’s really close to where we live but never made it. My husband was more inclined to try their red wine vinegar and olive oil blend which is a classic for their subs. There is only one veggie sub option so we got a regular one with veggies and because my husband loves the sour ingredients, he ended up loving it. This was fully loaded with banana peppers and jalapenos combined with red wine vinegar and olive oil made it more sour. Must try if you like that tangy taste.
I can't praise Jersey Mike's Subs enough! Not only is the food consistently excellent, but the staff is truly remarkable. During my last visit, I found myself short on cash for my meal, even though it was a busy lunch hour. A kind lady behind the counter noticed my predicament and discreetly told me not to worry and to pay it forward. In my opinion, she deserves a Hero award! It's rare to find employees who possess both great judgment and a big heart, all while enhancing the customer experience.
These were the best subs my husband and I had in a very, very long time! They were so fresh and very well made, exactly like expected. The in store customer service experience was excellent as well; I was greeted with smile’s and a very courteous and kind gentlemen made the entire customer service experience excellent. I tried The Veggie option and it was good. Even though the taste was great, I feel that there could be few more options for veggie such as impossible meat. I felt like there are limited options in sauces, and most of them being good with meat. It’s understandable that veggie is just an option to attract vegetarians, but it can be a little better.
This location was spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly—cleaning the cutting machine without me even asking! As a vegan, I opted for a veggie sandwich loaded with all the toppings. I really enjoyed the flavor of the vinegar, oil, and herbs. The price was reasonable too; I got a sandwich, drink, and chips for under $15, excluding tip.
I always choose to place takeout orders here, and my experience has been consistently great. My orders are always accurate and fresh, and they always include the onion vinaigrette on the side, which I appreciate. I really love this location, and the staff is always friendly.
