The quality of ingredients at Jersey Mike's subs has always been top notch; this store takes it to a whole new level. I first visited this location because it is closer to where I live, and I'll keep going back because of the friendliness of the staff, and the pride they all seem to take in creating a culinary masterpiece. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars because they always put in an effort of 10 when providing me with a phenomenal dining experience. A bit ago you did away with your Reuben sandwich. I enjoyed that sandwich so much, I ordered about one per week after I first tried it from your establishment. I can absolutely understand if it was not economical for you to keep offering...
What sandwich shop doesn?t carry bread? Went to order a sandwich tonight and was told they were out of bread. A Wednesday evening at 6... Agreed to try the sub in a tub (pretty much the same as a sandwich just without bread) and they didn?t provide the correct meat or cheese for one of our orders. When asked what toppings we wanted we said ?Mikes way? and the lady putting the toppings on had no idea what it meant (totally fine could still be new) so we just said the toppings. She ended up giving us half a bottle of olive oil in our meals. Went home and couldn?t even eat the food due to it soaking in olive oil. Very disappointing and would not go back. I?ve had great experiences at the other...
I absolutely love Jersey mikes but the worker put way to much oil and vinegar my sandwich was soaked when I got home and soggy. I couldn't even eat it. I was so disappointed. And unfortunately I didn't get a receipt. I went in at 5-6pm on Sunday and my husband got a big kauhna.
Super friendly staff, very clean and safe interior with the line to order clearly defined. The sandwich was very flavorful and the bread was fresh. Only complaint: all the fixings were piled in the middle. First two bites and last few bites were just bread and sauce.
