The restaurant had a really poor group working at the location 8 months and then they got rid of I believe a manager who was toxic and things are much calmer for customers and I'm sure staff. Unfortunately they aren't following instructions on orders and this is the second order in a month that wasn't correct. Once I drive home the roll is soggy unless you get the oil and vinegar on the side the problem tonight they forgot it for both sandwiches. I tip and it isn't a high tip but its a tip and then I hope my order will be followed but tonight two of us had dry sandwiches. I notice ratings extremely low, I think it's great to interact with the customers but maybe not talk so much while making...
Excellent sandwiches but terrible service. I ordered 2 sandwiches on line for the following day. When I arrived at the specified time 11:00 am), they didn 't even know what I ordered. When I showed them the info on a print out and my phone, they shook their head and I assumed put me at the front of the pack. Not so lucky. Customers coming in and ordering received their sandwiches before me. I finally asked about my order and was told that they were understaffed. Hmmm. I received my order at 11:30, 30 minutes late! With no apology or anything. Very disappointed. Too bad their sandwiches are so good but their service sucks!
Second time I have been here at varying busy times, and today didn't seem too busy, but a normal lunch rush, with several people behind the counter working, I waited over 15 minutes for my Philly cheesesteak sub to come out of the oven and I had ordered it with extra peppers and onions and had two bites of the sandwich that had any pepper or onion at all. Very disappointing as I normally love this food chain. It is not a cheap 6 inch sub, will not be coming to this location any longer.
Sandwiches were sloppy and the service was super slow. Only thing fast was how the sandwich looked. Plus the manager was rude with poor customer service.Food: 1/5
