Absolutely terrible service for several reasons; 1- don?t ever order by the mobile app Even if you tip OVER 20% for a single sub, they?ll make it the most laziest way possible. 2- don?t ever order a ?sub tub? via the mobile app: They won?t includeutensils They won?t include the ?add ons? you pay extra for For the add ons you add and pay extra for, it will be minute (barelyany), if you?re lucky. 3- The staff will openly disrespect previous customers they had. They will also complain every time amobile order comes in. This is the worst and most disrespectful Jersey Mikes I have ever been to. Management does not exist.Corporate is a waste.
Food is decent , staff is somewhat friendly but the food prep area is dirty. Slicer had large amount of sliced cold cut trimmings piled on it. Lots of sliced unused bread laying around. Bread was placed directly on counter no paper separating food from counter. Floor was dirty . This store needs more attention to cleanliness. As for value Subway is better and they offer more toppings than Jersey Mikes
Employees need to slow down and recognize what's being ordered and provide the correct product vs. rushing. Paid for extra meat, and cheese which wasn't provided coupled with the fact that I received a totally different sandwich than what was ordered.....
I like that the meat is freshly sliced and you have a choice of toppings. I joined the shore points club and have gotten free sandwiches! And try the Miss Vickie 's chips, they are better than the yellow bags, IMO.

Do not order your sandwiches in a bowl! I made the mistake of doing so and it looks like a child put it together! All of the ingredients you can tell where just thrown in the container by whoever made it!
I requested no peppers in my sandwich, but they still added them. Normally, they don’t do that, and the sandwich is always fantastic. Despite the peppers, it was still pretty good.
This Jersey Mike's doesn't measure up to the others I've tried. As a Shore Club member, I expected a certain level of quality, but my order today just didn't meet those standards.
Has good food , One thing I don't like is when you have a advertised time for closing as 9pm but when I show up 15min before closing and you tell me we're closed it's a problem.
