They never open on time!!! I try to come here before my long 12hr shift almost everyday because I literally live across the street and it’s 10:25 am and they still are not open! This is every damn time I try this location during this time of day! Change the hours before I file a complaint at BBB! Or hire a more reliable manager that will open when they’re supposed to! I shouldn’t have to drive 2 miles to another location because the workers are never on time. I’d been fired from my job had I opened the store late EVERY SINGLE DAY! I’m not even about to start in that evil unpleasant crew where everyone looks angry! JUST AVOID THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I've been a loyal customer at this location for years, but I haven't visited in a while. Today, as soon as Monay, one of the employees, saw me walk in, she greeted me with a smile and said, "Hi! Your regular #7 is already in progress." I was amazed that she not only remembered my usual order but also knew that I prefer Swiss cheese over the provolone that usually comes on it. I couldn't believe she remembered the order of a customer who hadn't been there in several weeks—it truly made my day! By the way, your subs are the best around; no one compares to Jersey Mike's. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
The Italian sub is out of this world...The onions and lots of it would probably be my favorite part..I looooooooove putting mine together, fully loaded. Absolutely terrible food. I ordered a #8 online with some modifications. They left the bacon off(which comes standard), and smothered it in oil, vinegar, and mayonnaise, which I specifically indicated I did not want. The sandwich was basicallyinedible. Tried to call the store to request a refund or at-least a substitute sandwich, but the phone rang for over 10 minutes.Save your money, don?t eat here.

Wow! This place is fully staffed with fantastic employees. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate my order and really took care of me! I can't thank you enough for providing such exceptional service, and I'm grateful for all of your friendly staff members. The staff here are friendly and very accommodating. I ordered online but accidentally selected the wrong pickup time. When I arrived to see if I could get my order earlier, they had no problem accommodating me and quickly prepared my food. And by the way, the subs are fantastic too! My favorites are the Tuna and the Club Supreme.
I ordered my food online at 1:00 pm, it estimated 30-40 min. I was there at 1:40 pm and food still not ready, i waited for another 20 min and stil not ready.
