HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THERE, FIRST AND LAST TIME, THE GUY WITH THE DREADS TOOK OUR ORDER I HONESTLY DONT KNOW HOW IT WORKS BUT HE CHARGED US WITHOUT ASKING IF WE ARE GETTING ANY DRINKS OR CHIPS AND THEN I TELL HIM THAT TWO OF THE SANDWICHES ARE MEALS, HETELLS ME THAT THEY DONT HAVE MEALS I NEEDED TO LET HIM KNOW AHEAD OF TIME IF I WAS GETTING DRINK, CHIPS ETC, FROM THE TIME WEWALKED IN (I WAS WITH MY HUSBAND AND TWO KIDS) HE HAD AN ATTITUDE AND I TOLD HIM ITS OUR FIRST TIME HERE, SO CAN YOU PLEASEEXPLAIN HOW ORDERING HERE WORKS.
I think its very unprofessional when you make comments about the food a customer orders. idk if its them trying to make small talk or a bad attempt at a joke but i really dont appreciate it and im probably never gonna get food from here ever again.
Very nice experience on takeout order by Cheryl and the team. They worked really hard during the lunch rush and assured us that the orders were almost ready and kept us informed on the status of the food. Very warm and welcoming team.
All around positive first time experience. Seemed that several staff were interested in my being taken care of in that I said my name, on order seemed to matter. As if an important order. Even though, first time. Felt rewarding.

I got steak and cheese. It was the flat frozen steak that tasted like cardboard. Wasn't anything to brag about. It was my first time there and my last.
Place was great! Sub was delicious and they came over to ask how everything was, even threw my trash out for me. Great service!
