We have ordered from this location 7 8 times. And it is always the same disappointing . This location does not make the subs the same as other locations. They use 1/4 of the amount of meats, cheeses and toppings and online orders are never ready at the scheduled pick up time. The staff is incredibly rude and wait on walk ins before starting an order that was already past its scheduled pick up time. I asked why orders are not fulfilled in the order that they are received and I was told this is not how it works. What? I've been visiting this Jersey Mike's for several years, but recently, I've noticed a decline in quality. The subs seem to have less meat than they used to, and there have been several instances where they've left out toppings I requested, such as tomatoes, pickles, onions, oregano, and mayo. It feels like they aren't paying attention to customer requests. I honestly find the subs at the Hanover location to be much better. Even though the Pembroke location is more convenient for delivery since I live in Pembroke, I prefer to go to the Hanover location whenever I'm nearby.
I just had two subs delivered, and one was missing tomatoes, onions, and pickles, while the other lacked tomatoes, pickles, and mayo. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem. It feels like they are shortchanging the cold cuts. The subs don’t look anything like what you see on TV, and they don't hold a candle to the ones I've had at Jersey Mike’s in Hanover, MA. I'm really disappointed, especially since I live in Pembroke and the delivery is so convenient.
We come in there a couple weeks ago it was a little on a busy side but they gave you a warm welcome and said thank you . sandwiches came out well made delicious and very timely manner place is absolutely spotlessly clean return and we willrecommend this place 100

I had an amazing sub! I really enjoyed the steak sandwich with buffalo sauce—I'd say it's even better than some of the places I've tried for Philly cheesesteaks in my hometown. Seriously, it rivals the ones in Philadelphia itself!
Eat here a few times a week for lunch or on my way home I?ll grab a sandwich. The staff is always friendly and food is always fresh. Usually order online and pick up in store and foods always ready.
