I visited Jersey Mike's in September 2016 after we buried my brother-in-law the previous year. I wasn't familiar with the place, but I craved a good sub, and our niece took us there. It was fantastic! Later, while in Orlando, Florida, I was excited to spot a Jersey Mike's in the Southwest Airlines terminal. I had to grab a sub, and my favorite is the Italian sub! Unfortunately, we don’t have Jersey Mike's in Puerto Rico, so whenever I want one, I have to travel to Florida or New Jersey. I highly recommend them—they’re great!
These guys are awesome! I work next store and go in everyday! Every single one of them is always so happy and so positive. I have never had a bad experience in the store! They are always packed and so fast and pleasant with every customer. This store is the epitome of excellent customer service! Keep up the good work guys!!!!!!!
I visit Mike's Subs weekly since I work nearby. The subs are always fresh, and the bread is absolutely amazing! The staff is consistently warm and friendly, and they keep the restaurant area very clean. I love coming here and will definitely continue to do so.
The staff here is wonderful. My orders are always accurate, and they treat my autistic son with kindness and respect. As someone who is gluten-free, I've found that they take extra care to accommodate my needs. This has become our favorite location!

I ordered through Grubhub and got a cheesesteak wrap and a turkey and provolone wrap. I spent $36 on two wraps that were not worth it. I’m a regular customer, but I can’t even say I’m just disappointed—it's more than that.
The gluten-free bread was fresh, and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful! My photos didn't turn out great, but the sandwich tasted amazing! Thank you, Jersey Mike's in Brick (the one near PetSmart)!
Great experience! The staff is friendly and welcoming. I used to work in that plaza and can attest to their excellent management. The place is incredibly clean, and the food is always fresh!
