This is easily the worst Jersey Mike's I've ever visited. During my second to last trip, they managed to get my chips and drink correct, but they messed up my sandwich and gave me someone else's order. On my latest visit, my girlfriend picked up my order, and although I had ordered a drink and chips, the drink was missing. To make matters worse, my sandwich had barely any vegetables, and they completely omitted the chipotle mayo, even though I specifically ordered a Chipotle Cheesesteak. I think I'm done with this location for good.
We often visit this location, and they usually provide excellent service. However, during one of our takeout orders for subs, we received the wrong items, and our kids refused to eat them. We called the restaurant, and they advised us to come in next time for a replacement. When we returned a few days later with the photos and receipt, they refused to replace the subs. This was extremely disappointing, and the attitude of the staff member was quite arrogant, which was unexpected from this restaurant.
Jersey Mike's subs are fantastic! They offer the option to have your sandwich "Mike's Way," which includes lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and mayo. However, if you don't like those toppings, they're more than happy to customize it to your preferences. The staff cuts the meat and cheese right in front of you, which is a nice touch. They also have a variety of fountain drinks and bottled drinks available, as well as chips to accompany your meal. Overall, it's just a great experience!
I ordered 2 #17s Mike's Way with extra tomatoes and my Alabaster location knocked my order out of the park! It was prepared EXACTLY the way I ordered it and it was ready when I arrived.Thank you to the cook who prepared my subs and the manger on duty (may have been the same person)!

I attempted to order a hot roast beef cheddar, but was informed that I could only choose items exactly as listed on their hot menu. I've never encountered a sandwich shop that doesn't allow customization, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I ordered the Buffalo Chicken and was disappointed to find several bones while eating. I really prefer not to leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. I would give it a 0 out of 5.
I've been here a dozen times, and it's always fantastic. I really enjoy the freshly made Philly Cheese Steak subs, but their other subs are just as delicious. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is always clean.
I always enjoy dining here at night every few days. The service is wonderful, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I truly appreciate all the effort you all put in!
