I like to preface this review by saying it is not stars in the realm of sandwich shops such as subway blimpie etc and not necessarily 5 stars in general, although the sandwich's are good. The he customer service here is always fantastic and the guys working here ALWAYS go out of their way to adhere to high standards while making my wife's sandwiches (she has celiac). They change their gloves , they clean the area prior and as far as I can tell there is no cross contamination etc. so if you have celiac this is a great choice for a sandwich. The meat is freshly carved per order, and the condiments/toppings are fresh.
The gluten free bread was stale and it’s very dry you have to ask for extra oil , vinegar and Mayo . Besides that I am happy that they even offer gluten free as an option . This location went downhill and FAST! They always make mistakes with every order. The bread is stale. The staff are beyond rude! No one greets you. A hello would be nice! Listen to the negative reviews because they are 100% accurate! To the T! Very disappointed!
Everyone is nice at Jersey Mike’s. I love going there. It's my new favorite place. The food is so good and healthier and have a recommended place to anyone the staff there is wonderful.Vegetarian options: Really wonderful there for anyone to go

Very friendly and great sub without dressing. ! Ate 1 /2 1 day and the other next. Just took tomato, lettuce and pickle off and put back on next day. Put on my own salad dressing. Delicious! Great place!
