Jersey Mike's Subs

These guys know what they're doing. From Jersey to Texas I tried them everywhere. They are true to make the best subs. Forget the boring subway sandwich. Stop the good work. Answer to the owner: It was a pleasure to leave this review. Let me also add a quick comment on what I have read in other reviews. Jersey Mikes, wherever you go, the preparation of the subs takes time. That's why they're done right. So if a customer is in a hurry, they can call in time. I personally know what to expect. And as I mentioned above, from New Jersey to Texas, so far no Jersey Mikes has failed me!

Giving 4 stars based on slow service. The sandwiches have been great each time I've visited this location, however, its been my experience that you should be prepared to wait....even if they're not busy. I've never been in here when it HAS been busy, but based on 20 minute wait times for 2 or 3 sandwiches I'd have to figure the wait on a busy day/night would be staggering.

Food was okay. Staff was grilling a steak for someone who lived in the apartments next door. Watched them walk in and grab it and walk out with it. This location has been cleaner in the past than this last visit. I?ve been to Jersey mikes all of the southeast and this one use to be one of the better ones. Now it?s ranking with the other Birmingham locations.

Absolutely best customer service I've ever had! I never remember getting her name, but she just makes sure you laugh once! You'll know her when you meet her! Great job guys!

The sandwiches are good but they literally cannot get your order right. It?s kind of amazing how little they pay attention.
