I love this chain because they offer Gluten Free bread and use fresh ingredients. I have tried other Jersey Mike's locations in the northeast suburbs and, to be honest, their meats, cheese, and breads don't taste as good. I once visited one in Milwaukee, WI and they were serving wilted, brown lettuce, so it really depends on the location. The Illinois Willow Rd. location takes great pride in their store, treats customers well with no long waits, always serves super fresh ingredients (turkey, tuna, etc.), and piles everything high. I arrived at the restaurant 30 minutes before closing and it was not busy. I ordered a large tuna sandwich and a veggie sandwich with double tomato. The server confirmed my order, ensuring that I wanted double tomato and not no tomato. However, when I got home, I realized that the veggie sandwich was missing tomato, onion, green peppers, pickles, and pepperoncini, essentially making it a $20 cheese and lettuce sandwich. The Willow location had already closed by the time we got home, so we had to share the tuna sandwich and didn't have any sides. Great location, service was good, but they forgot banana peppers on my hot sandwich which had been on the ticket and I asked for a few times, they ended up giving it to me on the side. I've been hyped up to try the sandwiches from here many times, but having the sandwich was an underwhelming experience. I had a #9 Supreme Club, clubs are my favorite sandwich from popular sandwich shops. I can say this club was different, and certain things should not make their way to a club like onions; it just doesn't work. Hopefully my next experience will turn out better
First time in Jersey Mikes, I asked what the mike way was and they aggressively pointed at my face and then the board explaining it. That was rude but wasn't the reason i'm writing this review... I found something very gross in my food. I'm sick to my stomic, I found what looks like a genital pubic hair on my sandwich. Not only we're the workers very passive aggressive and not welcoming what so ever but their is hairs on the food. This was a very bad first impression of this establishment.

rude as hell staff. the guy who fixed my sandwich didn 't greet me. he just blank looked at me. I had NO idea if he was the one who 'd be taking my order. I was the who who said, Hi . shouldn 't it be the other way around? then after putting my sandwich in the bag, he didn 't say thank you ..instead, I DID. this place is junk as rude as hell. SHAME ON YOU.
The best thing is the parm rosemary roll we requested for our subs. Ordered the Giant. They had plenty of ingredients, but I chose to add 1 or 2 additions to my Italian sub. It was DELICIOUS. A few more dollars but well worth it. Will do it again very soon.
First time at JM's I ordered Philly cheese steak sandwich and I have to say it was not good, it tasted like bad beef stu. Not a good recipe or something.

Food was great! Really tasty sub. Service was superb- lots of customization so glad they were patient. Ambiance was nice.
It's always nice to have freshly cut meat in your sub sandwiches. All in all a great sandwich.
