I tried to order through ubereats and waited over an hour for them to just cancel it after saying delayed. I tried to contact the store but no answer at all. Then I ordered through the website and it took yet another hour to finally get here. I just visited this location and was very impressed by the attitude and professionalism of the staff. During my visit, there was a gentleman customer who had communication difficulties that made the ordering process more unusual than normal. Not only was the staff patient with him, but they were very kind to him throughout the entire process. I just thought it was important to share that at least I noticed the kindness. The customer also seemed very happy and appreciative of the service.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went there yesterday to grab a sandwich around 7 PM, but the employee informed me that they were out of bread and several other items. How can a business operate effectively with staff like that, especially when they were still open for another two hours? Additionally, the preparation area and grill were dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned. I won’t be returning.
No one ever answered the phone. I accidentally placed an order at this store when I meant to place it at a different one. Tried calling several different times no one answered. I emailed asking to be reimbursed, and was basically told I need to take it up with this specific location since they are franchised. Ridiculous.I love the sandwiches but the customer service is atrocious.

One employee on a Sunday seems like a bad idea, explains why my food took 20 minutes (as of this review) and still hasn’t been started. I’m waiting here with one other person who ordered ahead, we’re forming a support group.I only came here for the free food, last time the kids behind the counter hit on my wife, so it’s now not worth free. That’s bad. Good food though.
Couldn’t order because “the grill is closed for the night.” What kind of business is this? Can’t sell me what I want because they decided to essentially close early. I’ll gladly take my business to any of the other restaurants in this area.
I love Jersey Mike 's but every time I order ahead from this location the order is wrong. It 's frustrating because I don 't always have time to stand in line and watch them make our sandwiches in order to make sure they get it right.
