The food was good but at this particular location it seemed pretty weird I've never seen him actually cut the meat then put it on the bun then they take the meat off the bone weigh the bun then put the meat back on the bun Fenway the meat never seen them do that before. But it does save costs on me. People load their sandwiches like other Jersey Mike's to which I do love atmosphere was okay like any other Jersey Mike's the service though they were good but I wish they would pay more attention to the customer instead of talking with each other and non-working conversation
Great fresh subs. This location is next to chipotle. The staff is nice. The bread is fresh. Loves subs made Mike's way, with oil and vinegar, adding pickles. Love the Italian and the tuna subs. It is better than subway but comes at a cost. The larger subs cost twice as much but you get twice the size with better ingredients. A giant costs 20 with locally high 10% tax. Parking is easy and right next to the front door.
My guy from A Christmas Story(movie) behind the counter was a bit serious but he made a MEAN samich!! Kudos man.And young buck with the BIG HAIR did a good job figuring out the issue at the register without getting mad or upset, didn't give up till he figured it out! Good to see some young studs putting in work! Bravo fellas.You've got my business!
The Jersey Mike's in Hoffman Estates off of Sutton is amazing. I've always had good service at the other locations and the food is always outstanding. However this location goes above and beyond taking great care to get each sandwich correct. I will go out of my way in the future to get my sandwiches here.

Love love, love Jersey Mikes !!! The best sandwich place around. Love the freshly sliced meat, the simple condiments they provide, they will cut your subs and mark which is which. We go there at least 2xs a month. We get the giants and almost always get 2 meals.
Stood at the counter while on employee swept. Waited and waited while two employees hid in the back. I left and went elsewhere. There was no one else in line to order. 5:30 on Friday night.
Kid behind counter was wining about making a sandwich. Only took half my order wen said wanted another 2 sandwiches he looked like he was going to
In my opinion this is the best place to get a sub. Service is always great at this place and location is very clean.
