The staff is superb! They were very patient w/ me being my first time ordering from JMS. I love the ham tuna subs I ordered, plus they cut the meat right in front of me. Loved that a lot. Everything was very fresh. I recommend this one in the Rose shopping center near Ralph's. Bread was fresh, even the next morning after sub still tasted as if I had just bought it. Don't forget to give them a tip, they work hard to give you a delicious sub.Parking: There's a whole big shopping plaza parking lot, even around the buildings.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, although it's a small shop. Overall, I really enjoy their subs. However, this location seems to prioritize mobile orders over walk-in customers. There were three employees handling mobile orders while I was the only one waiting in line for a sandwich. Unfortunately, it took 25 minutes for my order to be ready. While the sandwich was good and made correctly, the service definitely needs improvement. I've noticed this has been a consistent issue during my visits here.
Ordered from here a few times. Sandwiches were usually good but I don't know what happened today, it was mediocre. Service is not the best, when picking up an order. Waited in line to be told to go to the other side of the register, and while there, the cashier ignored me and I ended up having to go back in line. Not my favorite experience.

Was so pleasantly surprised to find such a great spot. The meats were cut in front of me, freshest bread ever (roll) all the works they offer as part of their sub’s was great too. The 3 clean cut handsome young men were awesome… kind, helpful, patient and professional. I will be back for sure.
The location is fantastic, the food is consistently fresh, and the staff are wonderful. My orders are always ready when promised when I place them through the app. I think I've ordered one too many Club Subs at this point—I just can't resist!
The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly. I always order the BLT sandwich. I placed my order online and was able to pick it up right on schedule.

They make the best sandwiches and no request is denied. If you want a lb of onions and a pint of juice on your sandwich they'll do it.
