I ordered two sandwiches at 12:35 and was informed they would be ready by 12:50. However, they were not ready until 1:20pm, taking almost an hour for just two sandwiches. I waited in store for 30 minutes. It would have been quicker if I had ordered in person. When I asked for an update, I couldn't get a clear answer. The food was okay, but the service was terrible.
I adore this Jersey Mike's location. It is one of my top favorite spots. The employees are consistently friendly and enjoyable, and the restaurant is always immaculate. The sandwiches are consistently tasty and definitely worth the cost. Don't forget to earn points for a free sandwich by using shore points (48 for a mini, 72 for a regular, 144 for a giant).
Had the best and most wonderful experience... all of the employees were extremely helpful enthusiastic and cooperative... And the food was extremely awesome fresh and very worth the price
