Avoid ordering through the app; it’s not worth the hassle. I placed my order ahead of time and arrived as scheduled, but ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my food. It seems they give preference to walk-in customers, as I saw several people come in and leave while I was still waiting for my 1 PM order. I’m not sure why I thought pre-ordering would save me time—it turned out to be quite the opposite.
I placed an order for curbside pickup and waited patiently for 30 minutes past the scheduled time with no one coming out. When I went inside, the staff showed no friendliness. I eventually received my order, but my only concern is that they frequently change their staff. Be cautious when placing curbside orders at the El Segundo location.
Wow! What incredible sub sandwiches! I hadn’t had one in a while because I thought they were all the same, but Jersey Mike's is a game changer. The fresh ingredients and the bread are so soft that it practically melts in your mouth. My wife and I find ourselves here at least once a week. Be sure to download their app and join their club!
I absolutely adore this restaurant! I really appreciate how they slice the meat and cheese fresh for each order. The place is spotless, and the staff at the counter are friendly and always get my orders right. Their steak sandwiches and meatball sandwiches are incredible... so tasty! Book a table now
The employee with the brightly colored, frilly hair and plugs should really wear a hat like the rest of the team. It seems like the rules don’t apply to him, and a county health inspector would likely have concerns about this.
The food was amazing, and the service was excellent! I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Jersey Mike's if you want a tasty, fresh sub served with fast and friendly service.
The chicken was too salty, which made it hard for me to finish the sandwich. Some days it’s made well, but other times it can be quite disappointing.
