My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. When I asked the staff member to reduce the amount of mayo on my sandwich, she scraped it off with her fingers, using the same hand to touch the bread afterward. When I pointed out that this didn’t seem sanitary, she dismissed my concerns, insisting it was fine because she was using her hands. She offered to remake my sandwich, and I requested that she only replace the top part of the bread. Unfortunately, she proceeded to do the same thing again, spreading mayo with her fingers and touching all other surfaces in the process. I’ve never seen anyone prepare a sandwich in such an unhygienic way, and when I tried to raise my concerns agai...
Do not order through the app; it's not worth it. I placed my order via the app and arrived at the scheduled time, only to wait another 15 minutes for my food. They seem to prioritize walk-in customers, as I watched people come and go while I was still waiting for my 1 PM order. I'm not sure why I thought pre-ordering would save me time—it turned out to be quite the opposite.
Wow. Talk about quality sub sandwiches! I have not had one in a long time because I thought they were all the same, but not Jersey Mike's. Fresh ingredients and bread so soft your mouth will melt. My wife and I have been here at least once a week.Remember to download their app and join their club.
I placed a curbside order and had to wait 30 minutes after picking it up because no one came out to assist me. The staff was not very friendly during this time. My main concern is the lack of attention to curbside orders at the El Segundo location. Book a table now
The staff member with the brightly colored frilly hair and plugs should really wear a hat like the rest of the team. Why is it that the rules don't seem to apply to him? A county health inspector would definitely have something to say about this.
Order through curbside pickup. Graciously waiting 30min after pickup time after no one came out. Went in. No friendliness. Got my order. They switch out their staff is my only concern . Be mindful on curbside order at the el segundo location.
This Jersey Mike's location has hard working and kind employees. One of the busiest locations in Los Angeles, their employees do a great job engaging with each customer and ensuring quick wait times. A must try in El Segundo!

The chicken was cooked too salty, and I couldn't finish the whole sandwich. Sometimes it's prepared well, but other days it's terrible.
