Unfortunately the service at this particular Jersey Mike's is just TERRIBLE! My kids and I stopped in to order a turkey sandwich around 5:30 pm. There were 3 employees working behind the counter and none of them acknowledged our presence. We stood in frontof them for over 5 minutes and not even a hello or we'll be right with you. They all pretended they didn't see us. Thesandwiches are good and I enjoy their food but with service like that...... makes me not want to come back .
I am not sure if they were all new workers today but they all looked so lost. No real organization at all. And why isn't there any sugar for the ice tea. I paid for a ice tea and than when I asked for the sugar they said they don't have any. Won't begoing back to this location. I understand times are hard but still need organization
What happened to the quality of sandwiches here? A giant supreme club mike's way so disappointing. For $20 a sandwich? Day old bread, skimped on meats and even had little to no lettuce. At this rate, mind as well just go to Subway.

Jersey Mike's Subs offers the best sandwiches around, and I'm more than willing to pay a bit extra for their high-quality ingredients. Their menu truly delivers!
