When I arrived 40 minutes later, I waited in line behind two customers. When it was finally my turn, a female employee asked, "Can I help you?" in a rude tone. She was talking with a male co-worker, and I was trying not to interrupt, patiently waiting my turn, yet I was treated as if I were bothering her. I ordered the chicken ranch and it took about 10 minutes to prepare. However, when I started eating it, the chicken had an unusual taste. Additionally, the excess juices made the sandwich quite soggy by the time I got home. I've had better sandwiches at other places.
I placed an order through the app and waited 45 minutes. When I arrived at the store, they told me they didn't have any bread and it would take another hour to get more. I'm really disappointed. I've been a loyal customer, but I think it's time to move on. Goodbye.
