They are currently very understaffed. If you use the website to order it will automatically tell you it will take 45 minutes regardless of staffing or quantity of orders. Order pick-up if you can, especially as they have no means of contacting their drivers. I feel as though Jet's corporation might have put this particular franchise in a bad spot by not providing its drivers with basic communication that most places have, correct online delivery estimates, and not paying enough so they can staff properly. The staff is nice enough and the food is good but service takes too long for delivery.
I placed a phone order for a pizza and bread, and the person on the line said it would take 45 minutes. After that time passed, I called back, and they informed me it would take an additional hour and 20 minutes. After waiting a total of an hour and 20 minutes, we finally received our order. Unfortunately, the pizza was overcooked, and the bread was hard. We've never had issues with this restaurant before, but it seems to be going downhill.
pizza tasted great, surprised how small the big was and the 2 liter root beer was 26$. beautiful delivery kerl and came within 45-1hr projected time but very disappointed that the one who compiled the order did not add teller or serviettes and tassen for the root beer as desired. it was pretty hard to eat at the pool and we didn't want to share the root beer from the bottle. disappointed!
I am very disappointed with this experience. We ordered a pizza and bread for delivery, which took 45 minutes to arrive. The bread was fine, but the pizza took over an hour. When we called back, the staff informed us it would take an additional hour to 20 minutes. When the food finally arrived, the pizza was cold, and the bread was overcooked and hard.

I went to try Detroit-style pizza for the first time, and I had high hopes, but ultimately I was let down. Was the pizza tasty? Definitely! However, it didn't offer anything that I couldn't already find in Kansas. The delivery was prompt, and I don’t have any other complaints, but I could have just as easily ordered from Pizza Hut or Little Caesars.
This location, specifically the girl that answered the phone, was VERY rude to me my group. We ordered delivery and they forgot a breadstick order. We placed an order with a male, but a female handled our call back and she was RUDE. I get short staffing but have your employees be more friendly when handling phone orders/mistakes on YOUR part.
This restaurant always serves the best pizza! During my wife's pregnancy, she always craved "Gooey Pizza," and this place never disappoints. I would highly recommend it—10 out of 10!
My sister isn't from here and tried was pizza for the first time. It was burnt and the sausage made us sick. She couldn't even eat it.

Got pizza and wings both were pretty good. Delivery took a little bit. Not the best Jet’s I’ve had, but nowhere near the worst.
