At 4:30 pm I order bread stick cheddar with extra dipping sauce to be ready at 5:15,not a hard order you'd think. Get there and they weren't in the oven yet and when asked about the extra dipping sauce, the reply was that's an extra charge. In the 7 minutes it took to get home the cheese sticks were rock hard. I receive red dipping sauce a cheese dipping sauce and a ranch dressing. Did I pay extra for that or is that the norm now? Honestly how hard is it to make cheese bread stick and put an extra sauce in there. I ordered it so charge me. How RUDE. Not all Jet's are this way but this one I would NOT recommend.
This is now the second time this location has forgotten the bottle of ranch I’ve ordered. This time I called the location and they were blaming it on the DoorDash driver. It’s best to note that I ordered through the Jets website so they are out sourcing the delivery through DoorDash. Ownership of how orders go out is on this location. Sadly because they mostly use DoorDash for delivery your pizza gets delivered cold because they do not have to tools to keep it warm.
I absolutely love their pizza! You can choose from a variety of styles, including square and Detroit-style pizza. I tried the Super Super Super and the BLT pizzas, and both were fantastic. They also offer salads, subs, and desserts, so there's something for everyone. I really appreciate the new text-to-order feature, as it makes ordering straightforward and hassle-free.
I was unwell all night and had to use the bathroom frequently. It's now 8:00 a.m., and I'm still feeling terrible. I wouldn't want to give any stars for my experience because my pizza was burnt. Even so, I tried to eat it without complaining. I really wish I had just returned it, especially since the delivery person was still nearby; I received the wrong pizza.

I had no jets in 3 yrs. I tried to order it online tonight, I got a pizza in the style of new york and then I got a deep dish cajun crust on this. ordered in a round at 17 o'clock, said 26 minutes, came there a few minutes early, and already done. super fast. great pizza, love the new yorker style, new favorite. great customer service, zero problems.
I love their pizza. You can get it round pizza square pizza or even the Detroit style. I have had the super supreme and the blt. Both worth going for. They also have salads and other items subs and desserts. Which ever your in the mood for. I like the new text to order so then it's not getting messed up or confused.
The food is consistently well-cooked and fresh. I often order the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Deep Dish Pizza, which I highly recommend, along with a side of boneless hot wings. My only issue—hence the four-star rating—is that they frequently forget to include my ranch dressing. Overall, I still recommend this place!
