This is my final time ordering from this location. Every time we order from here the pizza is raw. I have to put it in my oven to finish cooking it every single time. I've had enough. They can't take simple orders and prepare food the way you ask. They are too lazy to make a fresh salad without black olives. 9/10 times I have olives on my salad no matter how many times I ask to make sure it doesn't have any. Either you need new ovens, new workers, or new timers. Or all of the above.
This place is hit and miss. Im assuming its whoever is working depends n the experience you get. 3 weeks ago, ordered a super surpreme pizza, and it was AMAZING. Just now ordered the same pizza and its horrible. I counted 4 pieces of ham, 7 pepperonis and 5 pieces of mushroom on the entire pizza. Did they run out of toppings? hardly any sauce as well. I dont know what to say. Ill give em one more shot i guess
Highly disappointed order a party tray online and when it was delivered they sent 8 pieces when I called the store they said I could keep that pizza and pay another $70 for my party tray. Then the manager proceeded to tell me ordering online is not always accurateNeedless to say I gave the food back and got my money back never again
They discountinued the medium size pizza. Unfortunately our hand tossed round was more crust than pizza. Wings are good and honey bbq sauce tastes good, but it was very fatty. Plus you don’t get dipping sauce unless you pay for it. Jets is unfortunately not what it used to be. Too expensive. Book a table now
Terrible experience very over priced. I went to eat a left over piece of pizza and found a rubber band cooked into the middle of the slice. This is absolutely disgusting i have no idea where the rubber band has been. I will not be eating here again
"I only enjoy authentic pizza that uses real mozzarella. Some places use cheap cheese or something that isn't mozzarella at all! This is just my opinion, but if it’s not made with quality ingredients, it’s not for me!"
$50 for 2 pizzas with pfeffersalat and cheesebread? do you think it's good for anything? I asked the worker on the phone if they had any deals and he said no. jets is good, but not so good.
As expected from my experience, the cake was excellent. This is my favorite pizzeria; it’s a shame they don’t have locations nationwide. I travel a lot for work. Book a table now
No matter what current I decide, it's always the best pizza I had. I never had a bad experience with a jet franchise! thank you jets?
