Every time I visit, the pizza is consistently excellent! It's always perfectly cooked (I always opt for the Detroit style, of course) and strikes the perfect balance of ingredients. I'm thankful for the seamless experience of texting in my order and getting a discount for doing so! The staff provides delightful service, and my order is always ready within the expected timeframe—hot and fresh every time. I couldn't ask for a better experience! If they added arugula or maybe even hot honey as a topping, I’d be hooked for life! Haha. Dietary options include gluten-free and cauliflower crust.
I'm going to give them another 5 star review. I have several metro Detroit Jets locations that I consider my favorite but, this is the one I am most likely to travel the furthest out of the way to pick up pizza. They have never disappointed me other than maybe once they forget to to turbo charge my crust. Perfect pizza every time from this location. Don't bother asking for extra cheese at this location. It's already on there. And their slices are simply amazing! Keep it up Jets of Berkley. You are the best location by far.
When my friend and I were ordering food, I had asked one of the cashiers how much was a drink, and he said the price. And so, I only had a few dollars so I was thinking if I would have enough and so when I came to my conclusion about 5 seconds later, the cashier cut me off and asked “So are you going to get a drink or not?” very rudely. I said no, but I saw he might have been annoyed of me. It was very rude and I didn’t appreciate it whatsoever.
I ordered a pizza on line from jets on coolage for delivery it arrived about 15 mins later it's impossible to cook a pizza and deliver it that fast when I opened it I saw why. it's ice cold the crust is as hard as brick called the manager he insists it was made to order..save your money in get pizza somewhere else don't buy this garbage ?️

The pizza is excellent most of the time, but occasionally it's a bit overcooked for my liking.
The driver insisted that I needed to go to the car to pick up my food. It made me laugh!
