There was no way to modify my order online, so I had to call customer service and ended up on hold for 15 minutes. I hung up, called back, and eventually spoke to someone who switched my order to delivery and said it would arrive in about 30 minutes. However, 30 minutes later, I received a text from DoorDash saying my order would instead arrive an hour later. I'm left wondering who even has my order now, and all I can do is wait.

I absolutely love the pizza at Jet's; it's a staple in our home, and the staff is consistently friendly. However, I've noticed that they never wear masks, and it seems like management isn't taking any precautions to protect either the employees or customers, apart from a hand sanitizer dispenser that looks like it hasn't been used. I've visited often enough to see that this isn't just a one-time issue. I'm seriously considering taking my business to a restaurant that genuinely prioritizes safety. It's disappointing because I've been a loyal customer for years and really enjoy the pizza, but I can't overlook such careless practices.

I decided to stop by Conquest, and it turned out to be a great choice. I ordered their special to-go: a large Detroit-style pepperoni and sausage pizza. It was the best Jet's pizza I’ve had while in Nashville. Thank you, Christ! The pizza was exceptionally clean and delicious.

I really enjoyed their $6 lunch special with two slices. The pizza is always hot and fresh, and the dining area is kept clean.
