8 pm on a Saturday night.... pick up only. Why are you literally the only pizza place in town that consistently is unable to fulfill the delivery option that you advertise? This isn't a one off, this has been an issue for YEARS. You are losing so much money to Domino's, Marco's and Door Dash that the management should be ashamed of themselves. Sounds like they need to pay thier drivers more to me. Lame management.
We ordered 2 pizzas and one bread. They doubled the most expensive pizza and insisted that's what we ordered. We were stuck buying 3 pizzas. The total was $100. We didn't want all that food and sure as hell didn't want that bill! To top it off, the counter man was rude and argumentative. It was my first time getting Jet's and it was the last!
The “OPEN” sign was off and I called 5 times before showing up to the store. When asked if their phone was working, the teller replied “yeah, just got the phone off the hook”. Said it so casually! Needs work on customer service!
Delivery was 45 minutes late. Calzones are not cooked properly, either raw in spots or burned. They always forget the sauce. The phone person was not even apologetic. Won’t order again.
