I had a disappointing experience with the service in Bridgeton. I've always been satisfied with other locations in Parkview that deliver to the Grove. However, a staff member informed everyone that the store's delivery policy does not extend to a distance of 1.1 miles, and that the supplier had just left. I urge Corporate Administration to look into the first point of contact in their service chain. My order was canceled, and I was told that my money would be refunded to my account within three business days. Goodbye to JJ in Bridgeton—this was a frustrating experience! Edit: I returned a few times, and the food was definitely better than it had been in the last six months. This is the largest Jimmy John's I've come across, as they usually occupy spaces in strip malls. This location features its own stunning building. The interior is very appealing, and the service is fantastic—just like at all Jimmy John's. Overall, it provides a wonderful experience.
I can't believe my order was wrong twice! I ordered the giant #12 with bacon, pickles, and mustard, but the replacement order only had pickles added. This is ridiculous—how difficult is it to make a sandwich?
Terrible service—extremely slow. The young man working at 11:46 AM on November 19 was particularly rude and should be let go. I visit this place often and don’t deserve to be treated this way.
