Ordered a takeout over the phone. They could find the order. Holden was working the check inside the store and he was very kind and tried hard to find the order. He was very apololigetic for not being able to locate the order. I reordered there in the store and when my order was ready noone notified me. It was just sitting on the counter. When I asked why my order was not called out one of the workers said very rudely, "She called it out pointing to another worker. Noone even checked to see if anyone came up to take the order. Rude lady taking my order. Order a number 9 with mustard and peppers. They call out a number 9 so I just assumed it was mine and I grabbed it. Well apparently someone else orders a number 9. Ok my mistake I get it but don't you think that is an easy mistake? She was absolutely rude and sounded annoyed I grabbed the wrong order. Not my fault your system for calling out order is ambiguous where anywhere else you go you are giving a number for your order or they take your name so it's clear on which order is yours. Thanks but I'll go somewhere else from now on.
My sandwich was prepared quickly, but I was underwhelmed by the quality. It may seem like a minor issue, but the toppings were not arranged well on the sandwich. Most frustratingly, I requested cucumbers instead of tomatoes, which was noted on the receipt, but it didn’t match what was actually on the sandwich. If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have asked for a replacement or spoken to someone.
My food was never delivered. When I called the restaurant, they insisted that it had been delivered, but my doorbell camera didn’t capture any delivery driver. The person who identified himself as the owner jokingly suggested that it might have been stolen. Now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund. I will definitely not be ordering from this location again.

The shift manager and slick hip talking worker on duty 5/8/23@ 3:45 pm trash customer service! I asked a question because of confusion about the price. Don 't take jobs in customer service if you can 't deal w/ customers. Just for service alone, refund please, I want nothing at all from there now and am completely done w/ this location.
I give this restaurant 5 stars for their healthy sandwich! I ordered the Beach Sub, which I believe it was called—Turkey and Swiss with avocado spread, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber. It was delicious! Next time, I’ll remember to ask for some ranch or Dijon mustard to go with it.
The food quality was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. I had the new Zesty Turkey sandwich, and I will definitely return for it! I've only visited Jimmy John's twice before, but after this last experience, I plan to come back more frequently!
It's a bit rough around the edges, but if you need something remade, it's never an issue, and they are very quick about it. Given how close it is to my workplace, it's always a convenient and fast option.

This is undoubtedly the top sandwich franchise out there. They really do live up to their name with incredibly fast service. I highly recommend trying the #8—it’s excellent!
