Jimmy John's - Table reservation

I typically don't leave reviews, but I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant tonight. I ordered subs with extra ingredients that I didn't receive, such as cheese. I noticed the mistake after checking my bag and was overcharged. They didn't confirm my order at the drive-thru, and when I went back inside, they voided it. Once I got home, I realized the missing ingredients were still missing. I went back to reorder, but they were out of bread. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I recommend they pay more attention to adding requested ingredients to subs in the future.

I've eaten here three times in the past month. Each time, I ordered an unwich. First time, it was absolutely awesome. The second time, I was picking out a few pieces of old, red, rotten lettuce. Last time, this past week, my unwich was mostly filled with old, red lettuce. If it were in a sandwich, I would car e but could look the other way. When the whole thing is made of lettuce, this is starting to get a little gross.

The drive-thru at this restaurant is unbelievably slow. Be prepared for a wait of over 20 minutes, and the layout means you're stuck if you don't have all afternoon to spend waiting in line.

The male employee was rude, in attentive, and apparently illiterate. Who doesn't know how to spell AMANDA who has finished grade school. Manners need to be addressed! 07/21/23 120 pm.

We ordered sandwiches for delivery and before we knew it, Myles had arrived with our food. The food was delicious and the service was excellent!
